OPAL DESCRIPTION FRONT Origin: Koroit,  Queensland Australia Opal Type: Solid Opal Type 3 (Matrix  Opal) Approximate Size:  1  1 1/16" x 13/16" x 1/8" (43mm x 21mm x 4mm) Colour & Description: Red and brown ironstone matrix with seams and sparkles of blue, red and green opal. There is colour mainly on the front of the stone. It comes with braided cotton cord, ready to wear. Transparency: Opaque Flaws: Some tiny pits on both sides of the stone, it doesn't affect the stability of the stone and is normal for this type of opal. Stone priced accordingly.
