OPAL DESCRIPTION FRONT Origin: Koroit,  Queensland Australia Opal Type: Solid Opal Type 3 (Matrix  Opal) Approximate Size:  13/16" x 7/16" x 1/8" (20mm x 12mm x 4mm) Colour & Description: Koroit Nut matrix Opal.  Ironstone and silicated clay matrix with some seams and sparkles of blue green opal. Good polish, with colour only on the front of the stone.   Transparency: Opaque Flaws: Some small shallow pits that are normal for this type of opal.
