OPAL DESCRIPTION FRONT Origin: Quilpie,  Queensland Australia Opal Type: Solid Opal Type 2 (Boulder  Opal) Approximate Size:  15/16" x 1/2" x 3/16" (24mm x 13mm x 6mm) Colour & Description: A natural Boulder opal pendant with a seam of white opal with pinfire sparkles of pink and green. There is colour only on the front of the stone. It comes with a leather thong, ready to wear.  Transparency: Opaque Flaws: There is a fracture in the opal layer running the length of the stone. It doesn't extend into the backing and does not affect the stability of the stone. It is not easily seen with the naked eye.
